House Full 2

Housefull 2 directed by renowned TV anchor Sajid Khan is a lame comedy movie. Calling this one a movie itself is an insult to other movie. Because this one is just a series of same old comic skits with colorful star cast.
As the movie does not have any great suspense element, there is nothing wrong in disclosing the story line of the movie. Rishi Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor are two brother’s in rivalry and they want a multi billionaire handsome as their daughter’s groom. Then comes the character of JD, a retired dacoit-turned-millionaire in UK (Mithun Chakraborthy). Both tries to fix their daughters (Asin and Jackquline) marriages with JD’s son Jolly. The whole story is JOLLY dependent, as due to circumstances all the four heroes has to become JOLLY at one point or another. The plot itself seems to be familiar and guess what?.. The producer itself has penned the story of this sequel.
Performance wise, what can I say? Ritesh, Akshay and Shreyas have been in the comedy track for a while now. Their performance was ok with what they were asked for. But John, apart from his stunning looks he still has a very long way to go in terms of comedy. It is really sad to see actors like Mithun Chakraborthy, Boman Irani,Rishi Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor acting in these sort of brainless craps. The four heroines have very less to do in this movie. Shahzahn Padamsee was totally unused.
In the technical side, apart from a convincing cinematography and decent sound recording there is nothing there in the movie. A story which is almost stolen from a 4th standard text book, a screenplay that desperately tries to contain the characters and story but fails totally and dialogs which are mostly non veg or the same old ones.
Overall director Sajid Khan’s HOUSEFULL 2 is like a very long skit with full of idiotic jokes. If exotic locations. Heroes muscles, Heroines sexy body etc are not your criteria for watching a movie then HF2 is an avoidable disaster.
I am going out with 2 out 5 for Sajid Nadiadwala’s HOUSEFULL 2…
