Engeyum Eppothum

The last time I got surprised on seeing an accident on screen was TRAFFIC. But I was totally shocked seeing the accident sequence in “Engeyum Eppothum”. Engeyum Eppothum can not be said as a story telling type movie. It shows us the different dimensions of a horrible situation. A good theme conveyed with FANTASTIC Technical backup!!

From scene one we are pulled into the movie. All credit goes to the VFX team for such amazing perfection. VFX was Damn Good!! The director Saravanan deserves all the credit for making such a delightful and thoughtful movie.I dont want to discuss too much about the storyline.
It is a tale of human emotions at the time of a tragic incident. The director narrates the story of each victim Perfectly. Jai, Anjali, Ananya, Sharvanand and many other actors who were part of the movie did complete justice to their characters.

The film mainly concentrates around Jai, Anjali, Ananya and Sharvanand. Anjali opposite to Jai and Ananya paired with Sharvanand. Both love stories are entirely different becoz all 4 are entirely different in nature. Anjali and Jai gives the audience a lot of scenes to really laugh with their funny conversations. Ananya and Sharvanand was also a delight to watch. There was a good on screen chemistry.

As I said in the beginning, this film works only because of the technical perfection. If the movie was technically bad, people wont be able to feel the intensity of the situation. Direction and Screenplay were flawless. Dialogs were really cool. Cinematography and editing were also really good. Nicely captured songs. The Boyish Anjali, Foolish Jai, Childish Ananya anda stylish Sharvanand will surely occupy a space in our heart.

Produced By FOX Star and A R Murugados (Ghajini director), ENGEYUM EPPOTHUM is a beautiful creation of director Saravanan.
Try to watch it from theater itself to get the full impact.
Overall its a worthy package. 4/5 and a thumps up!!
